We are TEXT only. If you are a new referral please have your referral code ready along with the following requirements:

1x Selfie photo with a peace sign
1x Valid Government Photo ID
1x letter mail with a Residential address for delivery
No ID, No service. Without the full requirements we will not be able to process any request you have made. Please have an official Government issued ID are mandatory upon making a request for first time referred customers only.
Worried about your information being shared? Please block out all the information except for your DOB (Date of Birth) to confirm if you are over the age of 21+ No personal information will be shared about the client. All messages and photo IDs are deleted at the end of the day.

We DO NOT tolerate rude behaviour. Please keep in mind we are only human, we ask for the same respect as you wish to be treated.
For the safety of our drivers and for security reasons our drivers do not leave their vehicles. Please meet the driver outside and exchange through the window. Residential address only. No public meet ups, no parking lots, no exceptions!
An initial ETA will be sent closer to the Delivery Slot. ETA updates are sent upon arrival. A confirmation is needed before sending a driver to your location. Without any response the driver will wait no longer than 10 minutes due to the time limit per slot and other deliveries. If the Driver has to attempt to go a second time to your location an additional $5.00 will be added to your current order.
